Due to the fragile nature of ceramic products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged during shipping.

Any damage must be reported immediately upon receiving the order and within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Items sold at discounted prices due to visible cracks or imperfections are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, provided such details are clearly stated in the product description.
